After Pro expires the account turns read-only, and Enhancv says existing documents will still be available to download, as of September 2026 (help center). Downloading before the expiry date removes the dependency on that promise.

The Terms say every plan renews "except if the user cancels his plan" and that it is "solely your responsibility to cancel the subscription (through the Billing page) before the next billing date" (Terms).
Pro is capped at 300 resumes and cover letters, and there is no yearly or lifetime plan, as of September 2026 (Pro plans article).
Enhancv holds a 4.7 TrustScore from 975 Trustpilot reviews, 80% five-star and 5% one-star, as of September 2026. The low ratings repeat a few themes (Trustpilot, one-star filter).
Cancellation is only complete after the survey, the Continue button and the confirmation. The Billing page shows an expiry date once it has worked; if it still shows the next billing date, the cancellation did not go through (help center).
Monthly fees are non-refundable once used, so these requests are declined. Only the quarterly and semiannual plans are pro-rated, and only when you email [email protected] (refund article).
Enhancv bills through Paddle, so the statement shows the processor name. The amount matches one of the three Pro prices, $39, $69 or $99 (help center).
