The tracker, resume and cover letter downloads, and the CSV export do not depend on it.
Do I need an account to use the job tracker?
Yes, a free account with a verified email address. The tracker stores your applications in your account so the same board opens on any device, and that needs a sign in. The resume builder itself can be used without an account, but the tracker cannot.
How do reminders work in the job tracker?
You add a reminder to a specific job with a date, a time and a short message, such as follow up with the recruiter. When you open that job, the reminder is listed on its detail panel until you dismiss or delete it. Reminders live inside the tracker; they are not sent by email.
