Downloading your resume as a PDF or Word document requires the Pro Package ($1.95 for a 14-day trial, then $25.95 every 4 weeks) or the Annual Package ($71.40 per year).

As of September 2026, Zety's Pro Package trial costs $1.95 for 14 days and then auto-renews at $25.95 billed every 4 weeks until you cancel. Because the interval is 4 weeks rather than a calendar month, that comes to about 13 charges in a year instead of 12. The Annual Package is $71.40 charged once per year and also auto-renews.

As of September 2026, Zety says you can cancel from the My Plan section of your account dashboard, or by calling 800-985-7561, using the live chat on its contact page, or emailing [email protected]. Zety's Terms of Use say a confirmation email with a cancellation number is sent for every cancellation request, so keep that email as proof.
