Zety's FAQ post from November 2024 describes a full refund within 7 days and a later refund only if no files were downloaded. Treat the 7-day detail as stated practice, not a contractual promise.

Zety's Terms of Use as of September 2026 say you can still log in and view the documents on your account after you terminate, but not whether PDF or Word download stays available once the paid period ends. The free Basic Package downloads TXT only, so save PDF and Word copies while your plan is active.
