Enhancv's pricing page, read from a US location on September 3, 2026, lists a Free Plan at $0 that is "Valid for 7 days" and three Pro plans (enhancv.com/pricing): Pro Monthly at $39, Pro Quarterly at $69 billed every 3 months (about $23 per month), and Pro Semiannual at $99 billed every 6 months ($16.50 per month). There is no yearly or lifetime plan, and Pro is capped at "300 resumes and cover letters". No card is taken for the free plan, so nothing converts on day 8.
The price you see may differ. The help center says prices "may vary in currency based on the region" and are subject to taxes (help center). Trustpilot reviewers in November 2025 and January 2026 wrote that the price doubled past the first pricing page (Trustpilot, 1-star filter).
Every Pro plan renews automatically "except if the user cancels his plan", and the Terms make it "solely your responsibility to cancel the subscription (through the Billing page) before the next billing date" (enhancv.com/terms). The charge shows as PADDLE.NET* ENHANCV (help center). Refunds are narrower: monthly fees are non-refundable once used, quarterly and semiannual fees get a partial pro-rated refund, promo-code fees are non-refundable, and cancelling alone does not trigger one; you must email [email protected] (refund article).
Reviews are mostly positive: on Trustpilot as of September 3, 2026, Enhancv has a 4.7 TrustScore from 975 reviews, 80% five-star and 5% one-star (Trustpilot). Low ratings repeat a few themes: charges after the reviewer thought they had cancelled, free downloads that dropped sections or carried branding, slow email-only support, and a monthly cap on the AI assistant (Trustpilot, 2-star filter).

Unlimited AI is $2.95 for a 14-day trial, then $19.95 per month, cancelled from account settings. Downloads stay free either way (pricing page).
As of September 2026, Enhancv exports PDF and TXT only, no Word (source). On the 7-day free plan the PDF is branded and limited to basic sections and 12 items; after that, downloads need Pro (source). If you cancel Pro you keep access to the end of the paid period, then the account turns read-only but "existing documents will be available for you to download" (source).
