There is no self-serve refund button (help center, Terms).
Only what Basic allows: one single-page resume in Basic templates and features, with the Novoresume footer, as of September 2026. A resume built with Premium templates or on more than one page needs Premium to download again, which is why some one-star reviews describe paying a second time (pricing, Trustpilot, one-star filter).
