Because nothing renews, the surprise charges that fill other builders' complaint pages do not appear here. The complaints are about paying again to re-download, not about being billed without asking (Trustpilot, one-star filter).

A resume built with Premium templates or on two pages cannot be downloaded on Basic. If Premium expired before you saved the PDF, the way back in is another one-time payment (pricing, Trustpilot, one-star filter).
The help center limits the money-back guarantee to the first upgrade, while the Terms give consumers 14 days on a purchase. Cite the Terms if you are a consumer inside 14 days, and ask through Support Chat or [email protected] (Terms, help center).
Novoresume confirmed on Trustpilot in June 2026 that Basic had become a 7-day window, then wrote in August 2026 that the no-time-limit plan was back for new users and migrated accounts. The homepage still showed 7 days on September 3, 2026 (Trustpilot).
